Talasey PaveTuf Paving Slurry Primer 17kg is a high-performance paving bonding primer designed to create a strong connection between paving slabs and the mortar bedding course. Applying a slurry primer to the underside of paving is an important part of modern patio and paving installation, particularly when laying porcelain paving and low-porosity natural stone. PaveTuf Paving Slurry helps improve adhesion between the paving unit and bedding mortar, reducing the risk of movement or slabs becoming loose after installation. The cementitious slurry is mixed with water before application to create a bonding coat. Once prepared, it is applied to the underside of the paving slab immediately before the slab is laid onto the fresh mortar bed. PaveTuf Paving Slurry Primer is particularly valuable when installing porcelain paving, where the very low water absorption of porcelain can make achieving a reliable bond with conventional bedding mortar more difficult.
